On-court orientation 1 hour $40.00 Refundable booking deposit Includes a club tour and approximately 30-45 minutes on court with a qualified KRC pickleball coach. The playing-level assessment helps us recommend suitable programming. A paddle can be provided on request.Off-court orientation 30 minutes $20.00 Refundable booking deposit Tour the club and learn about its facilities and pickleball programming with a KRC staff member. Court time and a playing assessment are not included.

How your booking deposit works

Join programming: Your full deposit is applied toward eligible KRC programming.
Not the right fit: Attend your orientation and decide not to continue; your full deposit is returned.
Miss the appointment: No-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice; your deposit is non-refundable.

Scheduling: After checkout, KRC staff will contact you to arrange a time. On-court orientations depend on court and coach availability and are most often offered weekday daytime, Friday evenings, and weekends. One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 24 hours' notice.
