Members receive expanded booking privileges, pay the applicable court fee without an additional non-member guest fee, and have access to additional membership benefits.
Do I need a membership to book a court?
No. You can book as a guest at the KRC without becoming a full member. Members receive added booking benefits, including longer advance booking access, but non-members can still reserve courts through CourtReserve.
How far in advance can I book a court?
Members can book up to 8 days in advance, while non-members can book up to 1 day in advance. If you plan to play regularly and want more booking flexibility, a membership is usually the better option.
How are court fees charged?
Court fees at the KRC are charged per person, with different rates for singles and doubles play. Rates also vary by season and by prime-time versus non-prime-time booking windows. Non-member guests may also pay an additional guest fee.
How do I book through CourtReserve?
Start by creating or signing into your CourtReserve account, then select your court, time, and players through the KRC booking portal. If you are new to the club, the Get Started page can help you choose whether to book as a guest or begin with a promo membership.
Can I book courts year round?
Yes. The KRC is a year-round climate-controlled facility designed to ensure optimal playing conditions throughout all seasons. Court booking is available year round, though rates may vary depending on the season.
