Refund policy

This policy applies only to purchases completed through the Kingston Racquet Centre website.

Programs, camps, memberships, and other purchases completed through CourtReserve are subject to the terms presented during registration.

Introductory Orientations

Orientation deposits may be applied toward any KRC program, membership, or camp within 12 months of the orientation date.

Customers may reschedule once without charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Once rescheduled, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Deposits are also non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for failure to attend.

Customers who attend their orientation and decide not to proceed with KRC may request a full refund of their deposit.

If KRC cancels an orientation, the customer may choose a new appointment or a full refund.

Promotional Memberships

Promotional membership purchases are non-refundable after checkout, except where otherwise required by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s financial institution.

Discretionary refunds granted outside this policy are subject to a 5% administration fee. KRC may waive this fee at its discretion. The fee does not apply when KRC cancels, when a full orientation-deposit refund is provided under this policy, or when a full refund is required by law.
