Terms of service

These Terms apply to the Kingston Racquet Centre website and purchases completed through it. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable product details, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Minors

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old. A parent or legal guardian must purchase and register on behalf of anyone under 18.

Purchases and Services

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added during checkout. Payment is required when an order is submitted.

Bookings, orientations, programs, camps, memberships, court access, and other services remain subject to court, coach, facility, and program availability. Additional terms presented during registration or through CourtReserve also apply. Where those terms relate specifically to participation or membership, they take precedence over these general website Terms.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, credits, and refunds are governed by KRC’s Cancellation and Refund Policy and any additional terms disclosed for the applicable service.

Participation and Facility Rules

Every participant must complete the applicable CourtReserve participation waiver before taking part. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for a minor.

Customers and participants must follow KRC facility rules, staff directions, safety requirements, and footwear or equipment requirements. KRC may restrict participation or facility access when reasonably necessary for safety, misconduct, non-payment, or failure to follow these requirements.

Errors and Order Cancellation

KRC may correct errors concerning descriptions, pricing, taxes, availability, or other website information. If an error or service-availability issue affects an order, KRC may cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Third-Party Services

The website may link to CourtReserve and other independently operated services. Their terms, privacy practices, and availability also apply. KRC remains responsible for the services it provides but is not responsible for outages or failures within independently operated third-party platforms.

Website Content

Website text, photographs, branding, graphics, and other original content belong to KRC or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without authorization.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to KRC’s Privacy Policy and the privacy terms applicable to Shopify, CourtReserve, and other services used to complete a transaction or registration.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

KRC may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes apply from the date published and do not retroactively alter completed purchases.
